Sponsoring and following up of all proceedings that investigate violations of the economic order, negotiating leniency agreements and commitments to cease practices. Advisory relating to compliance programs by indicating the best program to meet the client’s needs, including the structure and preparation of the elected program. Due diligence involving the procedures and controls adopted by the client and improvement suggestions, such as training the employees about the program and its compliance.
