Advisory to joint-stock and closely-held companies (or its controlling shareholders) on development, review and improvement of instruments used for internal control purposes of the strategic business plan and of the daily supervision of the administrative management, so to perpetuate the company organization, ensure transparency, accountability and compliance with the governance of an organization (board and committees). Advisory to investors (non-controlling) on the analysis and review of corporate governance models and alternatives to implement said models in the invested companies.
