Decree no. 10.422, of July 13, 2020, extended the deadline for entering into work hours and wage reduction agreements and contractual suspension, pursuant the following terms:
- Reduction of work hours and wage: extension for thirty (30) days, limited to the total period of one hundred and twenty (120) days – successive or interspersed period;
- Contractual Suspension: extension for sixty (60) days, limited to the total period of one hundred and twenty (120) days – successive or interspersed period. Each period must be equal to or greater than ten (10) days.
The period of contractual suspension and reduction of work hours and wages already granted will be considered for the total period defined by the Decree.
The payment of the emergency benefit is also extended, however subject to budget availability.
